Sidewalk Repair Permit

Sidewalk inspections for 2018 are complete.  If you have a portion of your sidewalk that is in need of repair, you will receive a letter from the City.  This letter will explain your options for repair.  If you do not receive a letter, you are not required to replace any of your sidewalk at this time.

Property owners have the option to be part of the City contract for the repair work or schedule the work on their own.  Regardless of who performs the work, the property owner is responsible for the cost of the repair.
