Work on the City's first Comprehensive Plan began in the spring of 2018 and is nearing completion. We would like to thank the 70+ volunteers who served on various committees and working groups for all of the time and effort on the project.  Also, thank you to the many residents who took the time to complete a survey, provide feedback at our outreach events, or attend one of the four public forums that were held on the project.  Once the Final Plan is completed by Planning Commission, they will refer it to City Council for adoption. 

Thank you for your input; it is an important part of the process as we plan for the future of Madeira!
