SYCAMORE Township JEDZ

Sycamore Township Joint Economic Development Zone

Sycamore Township contracted with The City of Madeira to administer a Joint Economic Development Zone (JEDZ). Effective as of 10/1/2013 Business and employees working within the JEDZ are required to pay municipal income taxes. A .75% tax shall be due on net profits and or qualifying wages earned within the JEDZ. The district is comprised of the East and Central portion of Sycamore Township.

Businesses located within or doing business within the Central or East JEDZ are asked to complete a business questionnaire as soon as possible and return it either by fax (513)272.4211 or email
