Reserve the Centennial Room (formerly the Community Room)
Our Centennial Room may be reserved by any Madeira Resident and/or Madeira Business. The room cannot be reserved for the purpose of any business or for-profit venture where fees or charges are imposed. There is no smoking or alcoholic beverages permitted inside any part of the Municipal Building. The applicants are responsible for any and all damage which may occur to the premises and its contents as a result of the use by the registered group or organization.

Complete the "Reserve the Community Room Form" in the link below. Once completed you may scan and email it to one of the administrative assistants (Kathy Faris at  or Debbie Desgrange at ), fax it (513) 272-4211 or drop it off at the Municipal Building, 7141 Miami Avenue for processing and confirmation.  You will receive confirmation of your reservation.

We ask that you be considerate of others by cleaning up and turning off the lights when you leave after your function. Please call (513) 561-7228 immediately (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday) if you must cancel your reservation.

On occasion, it may be necessary for the City to cancel a reservation date due to a City sponsored function needing the location. We will notify you as soon as the conflict occurs. We apologize, in advance, for any inconvenience.
