Reserve The Park Shelters
Any Madeira resident and/or business may reserve either Sellman Park or McDonald Commons shelter houses. Those applying must be at least 18 years of age. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis and no reservation is approved until a written application has been received. Applications must be received by the Office of the City Manager at least 14 days prior to the date the shelter is to be used. Reservations shall be accepted as of January 1st for the current calendar year. Shelter houses may be reserved beginning May 1st and ending October 31st.

Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the date the shelter is to be used.

Fill out the necessary forms below and either drop off at the Municipal Building or fax them to (513) 272-4211 for processing and confirmation.  If you would like to scan and email your form, feel free to email it to either Kathy Faris () or Debbie Desgrange ().
